bos34 supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallet services, including but not limited to BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional materials.
Deposits via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically processed instantly during banking hours. You confirm that all Funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. We reserve the right to request proof of source of funds as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
You may withdraw Funds from your Account at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonuses. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposit whenever possible, in compliance with AML regulations.

Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available once per Player, household, IP address, email address, and payment method. All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 15x to 40x the Bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, a Rp 500,000 Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement necessitates Rp 15,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal eligibility. Different games contribute differently toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet, while table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) may contribute 10% to 20%, and live casino games may have varied contribution rates. You must comply with all terms and conditions attached to any Bonus you accept. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bos34 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You accept full responsibility for any financial losses incurred while using the Platform. bos34 is not responsible for gambling losses or any consequences arising from problem gambling. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (minus any pending wagering requirements or under-investigation amounts) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Closure of your Account does not absolve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, committed fraud, or violated applicable laws. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and any Funds or Bonuses may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
If we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of Terms, or require additional verification, we may temporarily suspend your Account and freeze your Balance pending investigation. During the investigation period, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. We may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 on inactive Accounts with positive Balances. If your Balance is reduced to zero due to dormancy fees, your Account may be closed automatically.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services, without regard to conflict of law principles.
